As some customers lack automatic filling machines, our factory offers OEM filling service. Send us your materials, and we will produce the pouches, complete filling and deliver ready-to-use finished products to you.
What the service covers
You send us your materials. We produce the water-soluble pouches, fill and seal them on automatic machines, and pack the finished products for delivery. You receive ready-to-use packs, so you do not need filling equipment of your own.
The result is a pack with a measured dose sealed in PVA film that dissolves in water, with no dust, no measuring and no contact with the contents for the end user.
How it works
- Send your materials and specification. The product to be filled, pack weight or volume, and target quantity.
- Compatibility test. We check that the film and your materials work together before anything is produced.
- Sample packs. We fill and seal sample packs. You test and approve them.
- Fill, seal and pack. Bulk filling and sealing, then the finished products are packed and delivered to you.
Compatibility comes first
PVA film does not suit every product. High free moisture, strong alkalinity or acidity and some solvents can soften the film from the inside or make it dissolve early. This is the most common reason a water-soluble pack fails in storage.
That is why we test before we fill. If your materials are not compatible with a standard film, we tell you before any production and suggest what could change: the film grade, the pack format or the formulation.

Can you fill any product?
Not every product suits PVA film. It depends on how the product reacts with the film, so we test a sample first and tell you the result before any production.
What documents do I need to provide?
The product name and, for chemical products, a safety data sheet and any labelling your market requires. We do not certify the product, so its documents stay with you.
Can I see samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We fill sample packs for you to test and approve before bulk filling starts.
